This previous link is no longer a working site.
The information has been moved to the 2008 Recreational Fishing Guide which can be found in .pdf format at this link. All fishing regulations can be found in this document on pages 43-50.
The file is rather large as it has many color photos and is quite lengthy. Even the low quality version will take quite some time to download on a dial up connection. Despite the difficulty of the download it is a very well put together document. It has loads of information on all of the state parks and nature preserves as well as popular fishing sites. It even includes an identification guide for Indiana game fish.

I just hope it's not as unreliable as the identification of the brown trout (Salmo trutta) . It says a brown trout has NO spots on it's caudal fin. From my experience catching and raising brown trout the caudal fins of a brown trout range from nonspotted, to spotted on the dorsal edge of the caudal fin (most common), to fully spotted ( I have pics to prove it.)
I pointed this out to them but apparently was ignored as it has not been changed.

I just wanted to update the link for the IN regulations. They have finally pulled the fishing regs out of the overall recreation guide, which makes it very easy to download.
