Eastern Mudminnow and Crayfish

Here are some pictures of one of my Eastern Mudminnows. The larger minnow was nowhere to be found.The crayfish is one of my young Orconnectes virilus. These pictures were taken using my Olympus Stylus Tough 6000. It's a lot of fun for taking underwater pictures of my tanks.

That pleco is huge.

I found it in an old farm pond about half a mile from where I live in East Windsor.I think they are native to the stream that runs right by the pond since I caught one out of the stream last year.

Yeah the pleco is getting big, I've seen them about half again as big. I'm just glad I upgraded from a 35 gallon tank to a 75 gallon. I had to bring my last pleco to my lfs after it got too big for my old tank.

speaking of pleco's mine is almost id say a good 10-12 inches hes HUGE. and is taking up a lot of space for the sunnies and bullhead. can I give him to like petsmart or petco? i dont know of any local fish places that are around me.

You can try Petsmart or Petco but I don't know what their policy is for taking in unwanted fish.I'd go there and ask first before taking the fish in.
