is there a area to make comments on the photos our members have posted that i am missing in that forum?

hmmm good point. it would be a nice way to show appreciation to the people who took the pics. maybe correct some incorrect IDs. talk about locations of fish ect. just a suggestion.

i would say no do not enable it.
i can all ways just pm the person.

i suppose PMing would be fine...but whats the issue with giving feedback on this site? i feel like its almost not invited. i dont wanna be drastic about it. but i see now problem in commenting on a fish. but at the same time the gallery is very nice and comments may clutter it up. i still think its a section on this site that needs to be utilized more by all members. their aren't many people who use it. the last 2 nights i spent hours in their uploading pictures and editing titles. so i know its time consuming but its also very helpful for IDs and i dont wanna say it like this....but shopping for new or wanted species.

what i meant by that was "cool pic" comments and such. maybe you missed that in all the other threads about forum changes. i think that would happen with the nanfa gallery. thats what i was referring too. feedback maybe was the wrong word.

As Tony mentioned, gallery members are readily available in a million other ways to accept comments via the forum, email, Flickr, Facebook, ect. I personally don't want to check another avenue for feedback.

yeah i agree as well. thats what ive been doing was just using facebook and emails. i think it would take away the professionalism that the nanfa gallery provides.
