We have the hunt for large fish, monster fish this, largemouth that. I was wondering why hasn't a native US show every been done? We have the SA fish, african fish, and every other countries fish shows produced. Why not a "Coast to Coast" A Look At America's Treasures? even shows that show our wildlife only go into Salmon/salt/bass fishing for the most part. go on youtube and type in dip-netting. all you will get is netting salmon in alaksa and that kid from Florida catching cichlids. I know we would all be interested in this but couldn't this carry a few viewers on National Geographic channel? I just watched that traveling the Mississippi show and all i wondered was what fish are in the waters throughout the whole country. so who wants to get together and pitch this and make it happen? or is this just a hobbyist dream? it could very well promote conservation....

Susan, actually you've been a part of it :) That's why we were making all these trips, although it was easily lost when Jeremy wasn't able to make it to NC!
