Hey guys, its been awhile since I posted on here. Ive been very busy this past summer. Myself and Ed may be going collecting this Sunday August 29th in the Conneaut marsh then working our way up towards presque isle bay on lake Erie and hitting a bunch of streams along the way. Then most likely ending up at a wing joint for some beer and food. We went last year and had a blast and caught , greenside darters, rainbow darters, mottled sculpin, banded killifish, eastern mudminnow, pumpkinseed, green sunnies, grass pickerel, musky, bass, rockbass longnose dace, eastern newts, and much more. If anyones interested, I will be driving down from the Buffalo, NY area if you want to meet me and carpool let me know.I will post later tonight if the trip is a for sure thing. Hope some more members can join.
Man that sounds nice but I'm already busy this weekend.

We will be starting near the Cochranton exit, working our way north through the French Creek watershed and into the Lake Erie watershed. To fish in the Lake Erie watershed, you will need a Lake Erie permit with your PA fishing license. We will be hitting some tried-and-true spots, as well as investigating a couple of new spots.
It's kind of short notice, but we've been trying to get this together for a while. Schedules, weather, and budgets have been conspiring against us. The stars have finally aligned, and we're going. Perhaps we can do a similar trip with more notice in September or October for those who need more time to plan.
