Rock/shadow bass in Malibu area?

Does anyone know were i could catch rock and/or a shadow bass in the malibu area, or if not i could buy one????

Malibu, California? Probably not... and it would probably be against the law to catch and keep one, even if that sounds silly, since they're exotic to California.
