I might have some more pics of him. He died last year. The Arowana decided he didn't like sunfish very much. I was surprised though, that longear was the meanest dang fish I've ever had. The only fish the Jardini doesn't jack with is my big yellow bullhead and surprisingly a cichlid small enough to be a snack. I'll look for more pics though. I caught him when he was about 2 inches or so in one of my spots in Missouri. In my opinion that longear at the top beats the rest of them hands down, thats a nice looking fish, got a side veiw picture of him?

You want mine? I'm kinda serious. He's meaner than hell though. I would like to throw my Frontosas in that big tank. I knew Jardinis were kinda mean, but not THAT mean. I'll put it this way: When I clean the glass, my brother fights it off with a stick so it doesn't bite me.Wow you have some really nice fish there. I am especially interested in that jardini! They are on my list of fish to own for sure. They have been one of my favorites since I started.

I only wish I had a tank large enough . Unfortunatly my largest tank at the moment is only a 55...You want mine? I'm kinda serious. He's meaner than hell though. He's really a very cool fish. Spring and Summertime are fun with him. We just go out in the garage, field, woods, and shed to get his food. He eats about once a week then. He gorges on mice, frogs, and just about any bugs or feeder fish my Bro and I can catch. When we can't catch food, cichlid and aro pellets suit him fine. I'm hoping to build a decent sized pond for him to live in during the warmer months.I only wish I had a tank large enough . Unfortunatly my largest tank at the moment is only a 55...
