Thank you! For anyone else who's interested, here's a more complete description from Scott Schluet:
"In short, my recollection was correct. No range maps. Werner breaks down the zoogeography of FF of the NE in a table that specifies which states they occur in. States covered are NY, CT, MA, RI, VT, NH, and ME. He includes some decent family and species keys. Then for each species he has the following headers- Identification, Life History, and Distribution. In the Distribution section he identifies what drainages the species occurs in (very broad) and which states. For example, the drainages in NY include the Allegheny, Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River, Hudson, Susquehanna, Housatonic, and Delaware."
Thanks, Scott!
