Fundulus confluentus

Can anyone tell me if this is Fundulus confluentus? Fish in question was caught near the Little Manatee River, in the middle part of Tampa Bay near Ruskin, FL.

Yeah, I'd say so. It's neither F. grandis nor F. similis for sure.

Thanks...I also caught F. similis earlier in the day, and I was pretty sure that it wasn't that.

Hmm....evidently this is a small F. grandis rather than F. confluentus (according to my local ichthyological source).

I haven't seen it in the flesh so I'm at a strong disadvantage, but your specimen shows a lot of yellow on the anal fin which is more of a confluentus characteristic than grandis.
