I'd possibly be interested as I am just west of Lancaster. Do you know if redfin pickerel are present? You can count me in. That's not close but not too far from me. It's about an hour and a half drive to Allentown for me but it's a not a direct route until I hit 78.

Wish I could go Scott but the 27th will be the first full day of vacation at Lake Champlain and I intend to fish until I drop(maybe even literally).
I wish you luck. I went fishing on a weekend trip once as a boy after earning the spot by impressing one of the neighbors. He took me & one of his friends (I was the only kid) up to some campground. Mike brought his own boat. It rained the whole weekend and we still had a blast. We couldnt find a spot where we couldnt catch something. Pike, yellow perch, white perch, drum, walleye... It was amazing. wish I knew where it was we drove to. I'd go back with the family. There were a few hook ups that had to be monster muskie that we never saw. Just doubled over rods that you could feel something was on it but would break off after a few minutes of fighting.

Thanks Scott, the weather forecast is for rain but we'll still be fishing. I found this rental online after doing a web search for lakefront rentals. the islands out in the middle of the lake are a great place to go. If you have a camper or can borrow one google Goosepoint campground I stayed there a few times and they have some nice big floating docks that are great for hanging out on. For cottages with a dock and boat rental Holiday Harbor is a great place.

Im still going wednesday but have to go in the afternoon to take my mom to an appointment. Sorry last minute.
My mother has an afternoon doctors appointment I have to take her to. I was informed at the last minute since her ride backed out. She's 72 & has diabetic neuropathy. I had hoped to sample from 10-3. But now I have to get her by 1pm. Sorry about that.
