I had a little time to do some collectiong last weekend. High water hindered me a most sites, but it was a blast none the less. The northern studfish really surprised me.

You do night collection in Mississippi? I'm impressed. Gonna be anywhere near Grenada, MS, February 11, 12, or 13? I'll be down there working those days, I didn't think any collecting opportunity would exist because of night setting in too soon after the workday. Am I wrong? Man, I'd love to get into the water while down there, if possible. I didn't think it would be, though. I'm looking forward to some southern barbecue, too.

I don't think I will be able to make it up that way on those days. All you really need for some good night collecting is a good headlamp and a good spot.
