Well I found a spot where these were relatively common (found 6 in one day of sampling!)
Now I know they are listed as special concern in the state of WI, but when I check how they have it coded it is listed as SC/N which means SC/N = no laws regulating use, possession, or harvesting.
As far as I read that, would I be able to collect and keep some with my collector's permit?
