The big letter/number combination given to me is almost impossible to remember.

You should always store your various passwords on your Facebook account - that way you can find them easily.

Click on your username, which is at the very top right hand corner of the screen next to an image of your avatar. It will give you a drop down menu to select from. Choose "my settings". Then select "change password" from the list of options it gives you on the left side of the screen. Save your changes after you're done.

I've always favored 1-2-3-4-5 myself. That way if I forget my passwords it gives me an excuse to watch Spaceballs.

If you're logged in, click your screen name that appears at the top right corner of the page. That takes you to your profile. On the left near the top will appear the words "Your Options" in large text. Just under that, click on Settings. The left sidebar then has several options including change password.

I guess I edited my post just as you were posting yours. Sorry about that.

Ah well. I didn't see you had posted when I posted mine. I thought the only "help" the poor guy had gotten was from Irate.

Speaking of technically challenged, what is that thing in your avatar?

That is not a 'thing', it is Irate himself...

Well, it's actually my cat, but we look kind of alike. I'm trying to give him away - he keeps staring at me and it weirds me out. Do you want him?
