Does anyone have a pdf of this paper they can share with me?

Journal of the Washington Academy of Sciences v. 30 (no. 12): 524-530."

I looked high and low, but without a drive to Kent State, I'm afraid I can't help on this one. Let me know if you get stuck. I have some work to do on French Creek in PA this summer, it's not out of the question to stop in there.

Michael,
It looks like UGA has that volume in the science library repository.

If you ask them, they will retrieve it for you. From the UGA website:
3. Retrieve an item from the Repository?
Because the libraries’ collections continue to grow, some items are now housed in the Repository, an offsite storage facility. Anyone can make a request to retrieve a book from the Repository regardless of their affiliation with the University of Georgia. After you locate your material in GIL, look at the location information on the record. If it says “Repository,” scroll to the bottom the page and click on Material Request Form under “Need Material from the Library Repository?” Fill out the form and submit it. Repository retrievals take one to two business days, and are not made on Saturdays or Sundays. If you are not affiliated with the University of Georgia, you can contact Access Services and they will retrieve the item for you. You can reach them by phone at (706)542-3256, or via email.

Very interesting... especially since my wife works at the University... not in Biology or anything, she is a PhD in Psychology and Rehabilitation (and no, that does not explain anything for those of you that know me). But since she is a part of the staff there... maybe she would be able to get it for me.

Their website says that either one of you ought to be able to get it. Apparently you don't have to be affilitated with the university. At the bottom of the quote I added, there is a number for non-university people to call for items in the repository.

My wife got me the E. etowahae paper today (note to Farmer Todd... I actually got a hard copy of the Bulletin... and she said that there are a lot of them in the library... if you ever need one, let me know) and the E. palmaris one is on order (using the process that Laura indicated) and I might have it by the weekend. Thanks for the help and ideas...
