Northeast Pa Sunfish and Shiners?

Okay, well i targeted completely new water today, looking for bluespotted sunfish, I came across what I thought to be them, but the more and more I pan through photos, they look like some bluegills, or possibly they all are, so thats why I split the photo groups. I was also wondering what kind of shiners these were and if they were all the same species?

I appreciate the help i know this is quite a big amount of IDing, thanks to anyone up for the task.

you indeed have bluegill. i see a lil red on the ear. not sure what that fish is. not 100% on the shiner. looks like a common shiner to me.

dont be embarrassed. do you know how many times i couldnt find a fish or mistakenly ID a fish? youll get better...and once youve seen a fish when you catch it youll never forget it for the most part!

deftik, on your third picture from the top (listed as "2") with the two little sunfishes next to a measuring tape, is it possible that the bottom one is not a Bluegill? Maybe it's just the light or I'm seeing things, but that slightly bigger fellow appears to have "wormy" metallic patterning over both its operculum and its face (especially on its snout). Also, I can just barely make out an orange speck by its gill tab. Perhaps I'm just seeing what I want to see, and it IS a very little fish, but if that combination of traits is indeed present then maybe it is a little Pumpkinseed Sunfish,(Lepomis gibbosus) closely related to the Bluegill and slightly more colorful. Can anyone else see it? (Or am I just crazy?) :unsure:

Not sure what is in your drainage without checking a book, but those shiners look like Luxilus to me...common or striped shiner depending on what is in your area...
