Hi I am new to this forum and to the world of river and native fish. I have fished for years and caught bass, bream, catfish and the other day i caught my first white sucker. I started research to see what it was and came across all the other fish out there. I am wanting to set up a native tank and this seems to be the best website I have found.

Welcome, I've only been a member for a few weeks and have found a wealth of information here about keeping native fish. I'm sure you'll enjoy it too. What kind of natives have you considered keeping?

darters, creek chubsuckers, largemouth bass if I can find a hatchery truck in my town, bream. Not all in same tank though. Basically anything legal I can catch or find from a fellow member.
