we moved and all fish made it ok.
i had time to get ready so i let the fillters load up and did not change water for a month.
i used a baby pool from local store to hold fish for 2 days and the fillters with water from the tanks.
moved the tanks and useed city water treated for chlorine. after 2 days i moved the fish in
well its been 2 weeks now and i did not loose a single fish.

I wish I had as much luck with my move as you did. I moved 5 miles away and lost all of my coral from my reef tank (I even kept all the water.. stupid mistakes)

BTW, what type of fish do you keep?

sorry for your loss.
NVCichlids, as you know we at NANFA are all native chat from the first day here
i now have 4 types of centrarchidae a few ictaluridae, plus the stongest of the stream in cyprinidae.
around here it is eat fast live strong, grow fast or you will not make it.
i also think Smallbass and skipjack is right some times more is better in a small tank.
years ago i had just 3 or so fish to a tank. that did not do well.
keep your water clean, and over fillter the tank is a good rule.
as for coral i have no input to help there at all.

edit for the coral.
