What is the broad-leafed plant I see at the bottom to the left of the rock?

I added that plant around end of September as a few 3" leaves. I bought it locally and believe it is Aponogeton capuronni but not totally sure. It has a tuber-like rhizome and long dark green leaves with ruffled edges. It starts out at a lighter green leaf and then gets darker as it matures. I will post several pictures of it's growth here. The mature leaves are now at least 24 " long and almost 2 " wide. The reach to the top of the water and then bend over as they have no more room to grow up. Growth took off when I added the LED lights. I am glad I put it in the back as it is taking over the center of the tank and extending it's leaves to the right and left. I am not sure if this is supposed to be an easy or difficult plant to grow but it has done well for me. The growth here is for about 12 to 13 weeks.

If I am wrong in the identification and anyone knows the correct species let me know.
