Its beautiful.
You guys are kidding, right? That's just about the ugliest thing I've seen in a long time. Colorful, though. And a shame that it died. Nevertheless, UGLY!wow! what a gorgeous fish!

I'm pretty sure I have heard of gurnards being kept in aquaria before.
They have been, you can buy the online. They are just not commonly caught in this area.
