Does anybody have info on whether river-drifting larvae of Striped bass, American shad, Blueback and Alewife herring are evenly distributed across the channel width and depth, or whether they're more concentrated in certain areas of the channel? Concentrations might be either vertical (surface, mid-level, or deeper waters) or horizontal (mid-channel, near-shore, outsides of bends, insides of bends, etc.) Also, do they concentrate in different parts of the channel depending on time of day?
