I will be giving a presentation this Tuesday at the EIAA meeting. The meeitng starts at 7:00 pm and is held at the Echo Hill Presbyterian Church, 9000 C Ave, Marion, IA. If any members of NANFA can make it you're sure welcome to attend.

The powerpoint presentation and display will be about NANFA (of course), what we have been doing in Iowa this year as well as touching on Fish from Iowa and @ North America that do well in aquariums, collecting, laws pertaining to keeping and collecting as well as native plants and live foods.

I've uploaded a copy of the club's "Finflap" with the announcement.

I got really excited seeing this, but... my dad will not let me drive over 2 hours by myself. I tried to convince him by telling him that I could get DNR guys could come with me but no dice. Please post pictures here if you can!

Sorry to hear you are unable to attend. Are there any fish clubs around Des Moines that would like to hear the the presentation?

Not that I'm familiar with. I don't traverse Des Moines often (well except the river) but I know of a very good fish store there that has connections to local clubs (aqualandpetsplus.com for their site). I'll see if they want to come.

Thanks Fritz. More so hope it's good for NANFA. The presentation went well though I was a bit nervous for some reason. Hadn't done a presemtation like this in many years.
