As of now my wife isn't going this year due to our recent addition. I will have space in my truck if anyone wants to ride. I plan on arriving in Greensburg around 6:30-7:00 CDT (7:30-8 EDT) I will be setting up my aquarium and would love some help seining fish for the display. I will also have my new NANFA poster out on display along with some NANFA handouts.

This is a great event helping one of North America's great waterways. Also, there were free T-shirts last year, along with the food. If anyone would like to go, please RSVP at the email above. If you would like to ride with me, please respond here, or PM me. Thanks.

Thanks for the heads up. Wish I could do it but I already have camping/canoeing plans that weekend on a different part of the Green.

I'm not 100% done with the sign. I'm going to add my kycreeks.com logo and some photos from previous river clean-ups.

Oh I wish I could make it, I've been wanting to get up there and get my feet wet in your Kentucky waters for a long time. But the logistics just won't work for me this weekend, it'd be a 1340 mile roundtrip and I just can't (safely) do it.

And representing NANFA in these kind of things is TREMENDOUSLY IMPORTANT.

Things aren't going to get better for fishes and what's left of our natural aquatic ecosystems unless people care. People don't care about what they don't know about. If we're not out there educating people ... who will ?

If anyone is within a reasonable commuting range and can do it, please give this serious consideration.

Wish I was closer... but I applaud you for doing this, and I hope someone closer can make it out to help you! Also, the NANFA display looks good!

Oh you will have fun. I have done a few events like this starting out alone and soon on a hot day some folks will get in the cool Green and seine with you... you might even get a couple new seining buddies for future fish quests for your efforts.
Your display looks pretty good, i see you have been making use of the NANFA logo decals i sent you.
We look forward to hearing a report and seeing a few pics. You are not that far away from me but i have another group in the Conasauga tomorrow.
Good Luck, dazzle 'em with our natives!
