Hi! I'm new here, but got reffered from a friend. Thanks guy! (he didn't post his name, so I'll just call him guy, and hope he'll figure it out O:) ) So, my main reason right now for being on here, is I would like to know where I can find Iowa Darters here in Colorado, plus what you guys feed them and what fish they can go with. Thanks! Glad to be here!

I think I searched the natureserve website and find where the poor "exiled" Iowa darters are in Colorado and posted it in your other post. Not sure of what their status is in your state, you should check before trying to catch them.

As for feeding and tankmates for darters. Darters love frozen fish food such as frozen bloodworms. As for tankmates, any other small darters or minnows unable to fit them in their mouth will do. Check and see how big tank mates grow before adding them. You may not grow a lunker but big fish get big even in a tank.
