I was attempting to collect some Daphnia this morning, and noticed this little guy in the water column. Its length varies because it basically looks & moves like a Leech, except it has a long flagellate tail. It's pretty transparent and when I took a close look at it, I could see tiny Daphnia and mosquito wrigglers in its gut. I think it's an insect larvae of some kind, but that's really no more than a guess. Any ideas?

Got it! Rat tailed maggot, larvae of a hover fly.

Can you feed these to sunfish?

I don't know, but you can definitely feed them to Blue Gularis!
