That 's a really big fish for sure!! I hope it survived since it seemed a little worn out when they released it.
It's a shame it won't become an official world record because they'd rather you weigh a dead fish than measure and release it alive. The IGFA needs to come up with a more conservation-minded way of certifying records.
But what an exciting fishing trip for all involved!!
