I just joined NANFA this year and I thought I would forward this link for the culture of Live Foods. I mostly use Grindal Worms but I have tried culturing other creatures and this manual is a great place to start. This link is and online version of this manual, but you can find a PDF version of it. Put a lot of paper in the printer if you do print it out has it runs about three hundred pages. This version allows you to check out the sections that might be the most useful for your project and print it out.
