I saw this cool stream tank on youtube and I thought I'd share. No those aren't darters; they're gobies. But look how pretty the rocks are covered in algae and how swiftly the water is flowing with bubbles. Sometimes the hill stream loach aquarists and other mountain stream fish keepers have ideas for tanks that are applicable to our north american native stream fishes.

What a nice tank.

Very nice! I'll admit it, I keep hillstream loaches (Sewellia lineolata) in with my darters. In my 55, they do great together. The only sense of aggression I've seen was territorial dispute between the Sewellia arguing over an algae covered rock in the middle of the tank. I've seen some of the gobies offered before from Anubia's Design, but the ones I tried looking up required some salt so I passed. He was also my source for the Sewellia. Cant wait to order from him again.
