so i took a fishing trip to missouri earlier in the year and reviewing my photos recently noticed this fish looked a little different then the ozark minnows and bleeding shiners i caught while i was there. sorry the pictures aren't great i was having some camera troubles while down there.

no, those were redhorse and a few hogsuckers in the mix.

It looks like a shad to me. Not sure what species you may have there.

Could you have caught a very small Hiodon perhaps? Mooneye or Goldeneye? Just throwing it out there.
