Experienced hobbyist looking to learn more about the natives I keep and others around the country, etc. I keep a number of tanks at home currently, and study environmental biology, and watershed management. My passion for many years has been aquatic plants of the world, and south American fish, mostly discus. My higher maintenance planted tank (180g) houses a school of enneacanthus chaetodon, and lucania goodei. I am planning to add some fundulus sp. as well. I also keep a 10g elassoma gilberti species tank. As for tropical fish, I keep a 90g angelfish tank, and 210g planted discus tank, along with the fiancés 29g cherry shrimp and corydoras hastatus. Hopefully that is an adequate intro, looking forward to learning a few things here once I get accustomed to the forum.
