I decided to set up a post for news of East fish related events not linked to NANFA member sampling trips.

Amoskeag Fishways will have a migratory season finale June 15th with a Q and A with naturalists.

Sadly I missed Sea Lamprey Appreciation Day.

NH Fish and Wildlife has a variety of volunteer programs ranging from watershed education for teachers to sea run trout surveys for anglers.

The Seacoast Science Center in Rye NH announced its next Bioblitz for September 21st. Registration for the event doesn't start until August though.

Some interesting looking stuff there. Although Sea Lamprey Appreciation day is a pretty tough sell, I assume.
