The last fish on the previous page is a juvenile American Butterfish,Peprilus triacanthus, and I'd guess that the silverside is an Atlantic Silverside, Menidia menidia which can be found in huge numbers in coastal areas.

That silverside picture is rather difficult to make out, and it's been a while since I was versed in saltwater species, but I think you may have a Bay Anchovy (Anchoa mitchilli) there.
Also that one you're calling a juvenile mullet looks just like the juvenile bluefish I dipnetted last time I was on the eastern shore of VA. They look like little flakes of chrome, they're so reflective.

I can live with Butterfish and Bluefish for a couple of your unknown ID's. (For a second I was thinking Moonfish and Menhaden, but saw a few lacking characteristics for each).
Your specimen that you are calling an "anglerfish" might very well be a Monkfish (Lophius americanus) fry.
