I found a link to this page on another fishing related site and thought some of you might find it interesting. Right now in Ohio private land owners own the stream floor so you can't walk in a stream that is not publicly owned only float through it. I know some states have laws that allow fisherman to walk through streams or along them below the high water mark which would be wonderful for people like us and other fisherman. http://www.flyandflo...ream_access.htm

Funny that land has been there thousands of years before those people who own it and it will be there a long time after they are gone. And this "free" country has said we cannot freely roam the waters and enjoy what has been given to us. I still say get those tube waders and float through it and fish. It is the law right?? :-({|=
