hello,
I live in the north of France and I travel the forum and NANFA site for several months with great interest.
I am fascinated by the killifish, I maintain South American fish (Austrolebias) but I like especially Fundulus, fish that almost anyone keeps in France. I had Fundulus zebrinus but I lost them due to infection.
I have for the time being some Chrosomus Notropis but I intend to continue to specialize in Nanfa.
Soon and sorry for langage errors.

Welcome! It's great to have you on board. No need to apologize for language errors. I don't speak a lick of French, so am glad your English is as good as it is!

Bon jour, mon ami! And that's about all of high school french I remember. So your English is much better than our French.

Do you have any Fundulus that you are keeping right now? I would be interested in hearing about how you found out about North American killifish and about NANFA. We have several Fundulus species here in the southern U.S. (where I am from) and I have kept them in the past with some success.

I have now no more Fundulus, I lost all due to bacterial attack, but I intend to start as soon as is possible to find.
In fact, I stumbled upon the site Nanfa doing research on Fundulus. I then consulted with other pages out of curiosity and then I found a quantity of very interesting items written by real enthusiasts. I love the usa and from dream to observe some of these fish in their natural environment. In the meantime, I just keep them in aquarium ...

Do you find it easier for North American fish in Germany? Here, it is very difficult.

Bonjour, comment allez-vous? Which pretty much exhausts my high school Francois . It still beats my Deutsch which mainly consists of hello, goodbye, asking for a beer and asking where the train station is. Do you have native crayfish in your part of France or have they been overrun by the crayfish imported from the US? Yes and people thought that humans were the only ugly Americans. Someone thought it would be a good idea to import some good old American crayfish to Europe for aquaculture purposes and it turns out that they are a carrier of a disease that is wiping out the native crayfish in Europe.
