There has been a good deal of interest in this, and we thought that it would be a great addition. Not only is it a fun and great way to sample streams, but it is also a legal way to to take certain species that would otherwise be out of bounds. Our friend and fellow NANFA member Ben Cantrell will be moderating this subforum. Ben is well schooled in the microfishing techniques. He knows the equipment and can steer everyone in the right direction. Please welcome Ben to our moderating team.

I look forward to this! Ben's posts sparked an interest in microfishing for me. He also has a neat blog. I still go to the net more, but the microfishing is a kick when you get 'em to bite. I think we'll get a lot out of this.

Looking forward to the posts here! Hopefully we can bring in a critical mass of microfishing enthusiasts and have good information being posted on a regular basis.

Yeah, but I was waiting to start that subforum until you start checking your email frequently enough to cast a vote on the BOD.
