I was very much impressed with the NC Forest Service Training Center and their willingness to accommodate our group. While we will have the place to ourselves Fri-Sun, we will share it on Wed-Thurs with a smaller group (24 people) so we won't have all of the 88 beds those nights. But once they leave, we can spread out.
