After reading Nate's posts about these nearby creeks, I'm eager to sample them. Being that at least some of this is a PA approved Trout Stream, any fishing or collecting is prohibited from March 1 to the opening of Trout Season, which is March 29 in SE PA this year. I'm not THAT eager to go before March 1, and opening weekend no doubt it will be pretty crowded. So I'm planning a trip for Sat April 12, and all are welcome to attend. There will also likely be some members of my aquarium club joining in the fun. I'm going to do a little recon this weekend to find a suitable place to meet up and park our cars, then I'll post that info.
