I'm a member on another forum that caters to carnivorous plant people. The forum is currently hosting an auction to benefit The North American Sarracenia Conservancy, a non-profit dedicated to preserving natural populations of NA carnivores through habitat preservation/restoration. There are incredible amounts of carnivores and associated plants currently up for auction with lots more to come. Joining the forum is free, but not required to bid on items. Sounds like a good plot for a bad horror movie ... a catering service for carnivorous plant people.
sorry ... that choice of words just sent my imagination reeling ...
will check it out. I keep Sarracenias and sundews in a pool with my mudminnows.
I tried flytraps several times, but something always eats them, either squirrels or rabbits.

Squirrel are notorious for their taste in flytraps Gerald! You won't have a problem finding Sarrs Matt. Rarer, newer ones might go through the roof, but if you're not too picky about exact varieties there will definitely be bargains to be had.
