Has anyone ever had experience with keeping these? Ive recently found a population in a tributary stream not far from my house and I'm setting up a brackish pond soon.

I like them in my deep fryer, they are one of my favorite fish to eat! :D/

Cheers

I never tried to keep them, I assumed that being related to salmonoids they'd need a chiller. Honestly I never looked up if they would or not.

They do best in the frying pans.

On serious note, they are sensitive species and a coolwater species.
