I paid for a new membership last Friday and while I was at it, asked for a password reset. I'm no computer whiz, but is it possible that both got lost when this glitch happened today? I haven't heard (as of now) if my payment was received or if the request for the password reset was either. Who should I contact?

You should talk to Michael Wolfe. http://forum.nanfa.o...-michael-wolfe/ I don't think it is part of today's problems, but more likely that our treasurer is not easily contacted this week, so payments made may be slow to get back to Michael, who is the person who will change your status. I am certain once you contact him he will be able to get the ball rolling. Let me know if you have any problems, and I will see what I can do.
Just to mention, becoming an actual NANFA member takes some manual work as far as forum changes go, therefore it is not as quick as something automated.
Thanks for joining. Matt
