I don't know if anyone else has been paying attention (besides drewish!) but this Forum now has more than 10,000 posts made to it. We haven't quite gone viral, maybe we're getting there?

I was supposed to watch the 10K post mark. And I'll bet drewish caught that also. I think I owe the guys a round of drinks now :razz:

I'd say this is about as viral as one could expect for such a small group in the country.

I'd like to offer thanks to all of the members and staff for making this a great place.

Well that's a small milestone, but it's great this has made it this far. I remember checking out this forum before...it had like 5 subforums and like 100 posts made by 5 people. I'm just happy I joined when I did, so I can say I've been there from the beginning (sorta). I expect this to just get more and more popular as the years go by, and hopefully then more people will keep, and care about our native fish and help in their conservation.

I've tried to steer some people over here, too, from other aquarium forums. Hopefully we'll get more of a reputation on general aquarium forums.

I have to say I'm excited about this forum as it is a mix of everyone, not just aquarists. We all have a lot to learn from each other. It has been a challenge trying to keep it balanced though, so I hope it remains this way.

I must also add that I am very happy with the way this forum is shaping up. We have a great group of people here willing to teach, and to learn. Thanks to all who have made this possible, and I am sure it will get even better. For only seven months in existence, I think we have truly put alot of info out there. I wish I had this resource available to me when I was just getting into native fish. Great job to all, and keep those good posts coming!
