Has anyone used bloodworms in home plastic traps.

I've used frozen bloodworms in traps, but that was in an aquarium. It's definitely worth a shot, I'd say, though you might want to add another bait just in case.

Interesting, ill be trying to catch insectivores (blackbanded sunfish, pirate perch etc.), so i will try this out (with other bait of course)  :biggrin:

Perhaps try to capture a bunch of water insects, put them in a mesh container of some variety, and set them inside the trap as wiggly live bait? Just be sure they're all species that don't need to reach the surface to breathe.
