Is it safe to put a 2 inch cray with a 3 inch catfish.

The cray will molt. When it does, he will be helpless and very soft for a time. It is quite possible for the catfish to kill and eat it at this time.

Catfish will eat crayfish until fish is all deformed from the little pokey bits that are visible through their stomachs.
