This is a notification about the upcoming migration of your VPS server to our brand new data center facility. Few months ago, the construction of a newer, state-of-the-art data center in Franklin Park, IL was completed, and now we are ready to start the migration of all of our US based servers to the new location. Your hosting account resides on one of the servers scheduled for migration.

This will result in a further improvement of our hosting service and the opportunity to offer you even better network redundancy, network speed and storage capacity, as well as much better network topology, throughput and overall efficiency. The move will also result in the availability of a 24/7 network operations center on-site as well, significantly speeding up the resolution of any network related issues . In short, the new location provides features high above the industry standard, and is sure to improve your hosting experience significantly.

Our specialists have worked diligently to design and execute a swift, safe, and efficient method of moving the equipment, but just in case, all information will be backed up securely before the migration. No DNS/IP changes will be involved, and there will be no required action on your part, our specialists will take complete care of the migration.

We have scheduled all migrations to be done on weekend nights, as this is a period where most sites are at their lowest activity. The migration for your VPS server is scheduled to take place on December 7th 2014, in the time frame between 00:01 and 03:00AM ET. We promise that we will do our best to complete the migration for less than an hour.
