There is a lot of detail on this site, broken out by region.  I think this will help me identify any snail that I'd ever encounter...very cool website.

Yes, for Atlantic slope rivers between PA and GA, and upper Tennessee basin (east TN, to southwest VA).  It is not yet complete for the rest of N.Amer.
