You should know that two of these went for about $17 each at the Atlanta Area Aquarium Association auction today!

I gave a "Georgia Natives for the Aquarium" presentation today and then donated two copies of the "dusky darter issue" and they auctioned them off.  Might get a new member or two out of it.  They seemed pretty interested, asked a lot of questions, and in general engaged quite a bit.  But it really showed the value of the work that is going into these publications.

We had a silent auction at last week's NC AFS meeting. I donated a set of the four recent ones. They didn't raise as much money as yours.  I'm taking a bunch to the SC AFS meeting this week. last year I just gave them away - they were scrambling to get them. Maybe I should see if they want to auction them?

Yes. Auction them. Put some value on the publication.

I can bring plenty more if you think they want them.

Sean, I am friends with the editor, who also happens to be the author of that article. I can't remember whether or not they found similar morphs in that body of water, but I will check into it. Maybe we could find one for you.

Any update bro? No hurry, just wondering.
