A member just sent us a message via facebook describing a problem he was having, so I told him I'd get in touch with you guys and see if you could help him. The exchange goes as follows:

There seems to be a problem on the forum... (I'm also a nanfa member) I signed up, but get an error #1001 (not allowed to access community) when logged in. Can't log out or navigate/view anything in the forum unless I clear my browsing history/cookies and view as a guest. I tried to send an email to the forum, but it was returned as undeliverable due to an "internal error." Is there someone else I can contact to get this resolved so I can view the nanfa members' areas and post comments?
