Hi, Can I keep least killifish with golden topminnows? Or will the golden topminnow eat them?

yes, they will eat the young for sure and probably the adults.

I have not had a problem keeping golden topminnows (Fundulus chrysotus) and least killifish (Heterandria formosa) together.  I am sure many of the fry get eaten however if the least killifish (which is a livebearer and not a killifish) has enough hiding places (e.g., naja grass, java moss, etc.) then they will be fine and a few of their fry will likely make it as well.  I have found them to be a very prolific fish.

I would agree, and add low number of golden topminnow and high number of least killifish with the expectation that most fry and even an occasional adult male may become food for larger golden topminnows. Provide lots of cover. I have actually kept these together but the goldens were not full grown adults. The bigger the goldens get expect fewer least to recruit and hiding places will become more important.
