Here's the deal.  Myself and a few other microfisherpersons will for sure be attending the convention banquet, but other than that we'll probably be on the road microfishing the heck out of Oklahoma.  Heck, we might even macrofish the heck out of the state too.  Heck!

 

If you'll be at the convention and would like to try microfishing, send me a message and we can throw some ideas around.  I bet we'll be able to catch some interesting stuff in the lower Mountain Fork as well as the lowland areas in the southeast corner of the state.  I'm not sure about the Red River proper, but you never know.  Looks like there is a lot of unique fish in that drainage.

 

Can you catch fish with a seine?  Sure.  Can you catch fish with a hook so small you'd probably lose it if you sneezed?  Heck yes you can.  Heck!

Ben is like a ninja. Without contact with the earth and feeling it with his feet, he would never have caught a million species by hook and line. Not joking, he has hook and line caught more species than many of us netters have even seen.
