It talks about "rough fish". What are "rough fish"?

My fishing regs are sitting on my desk at work, so this is incomplete, ... Rough fish are specifically named as such in the regs: bowfin, gar, carp, buffalo, suckers, dace (for some reason), lampreys, gizzard shad, smelt (for some reason), burbot, others. Minnows are also specifically named. (I seem to remember some overlap with rough fish, e.g., suckers.) All others are considered game fish.

It may not be totally complete but for your average run of the mill fisherman/trapper It has everything I need to know.

I believe Bullhead was saying his memory may not be perfect in reciting the state definition of rough fish. He wasn't saying the PDF you posted was incomplete

Either way I am unnofended. It was a small PDF only a few pages. I didn't know if he meant deffinition-wise, ect. There could of been more info in it in my opinion, but it suffices.

Yes, I meant that my lists of rough fish and minnows are incomplete since I do not have my WI fishing regs guide in front of me.
