The water should be warm enough for wading, but probably still gonna need a wetsuit for snorkeling.  Water temps will probably be in the high 60's.

It looks really good. I'm impressed with how quickly you were able to improvise such a good backup plan. I know it must have been a big headache. Thanks for all your work!

Looks awesome, thanks for getting this put together. My room is booked (albeit I failed to mention nanfa when I booked the other day... I'll be calling them back to see if I can get the better rate). I'm looking forward to exploring OK next week.
There's something fishy about this place...

I'm so very jealous of you guys. I know it's going to be great. Great job getting this together Brandon. It's tough enough planning a meeting once over a year. I can't imagine having to start from scratch with little more than a week to go. I can't wait to hear all about and see lots if photos.

I'm jealous, too. And I also can't imagine having had to plan this twice, under these circumstances. Great job,Brandon!

Yeah, that was pretty much a parroting of Dustin's comment. But if you're gonna parrot someone, he's a pretty good choice...

Yeah this is a pretty big deal, still pulling it off even though things down there are disastrous. Great job, I might have said screw it.

If the next BOD campaigns go negative, this one's gonna come back at ya, D-man! ;)

Trust me. I do not think any of us BOD members are campaigning. If somebody is better and more suited for the job, let them have their chance.  Thing is somebody has to do it, and we do not have a plethora of volunteers for the job. So for now, I am as good as the next person, maybe you Matt.

I know your personality well enough to know that you were joking, and of course take it as such, but we do have a bit of a problem having elections. The organization needs more nominees. We should not go stale. New board members have new ideas. So you guys in the membership should always be thinking of who out there might fit the bill. I will do it as long as I am wanted, but certainly welcome new enthusiastic blood. Not going to hurt my feelings.

Probably a bit of a rant, but I only ran for board member because if I had not, we would not have had an election. Well that is not the only reason at all, I really wanted to help. Bottom line is we need more people to step up, and more people to nominate them. Lets get the best people on the board that we can.

Rant aside,  nope, just can't see too much negativity coming up here. No dirty campaigns in our organization.

I suppose it's gonna be a little quiet here on the forum the next few days. Hope everybody has a fun and safe time at the convention. I'm jealous, again! Somebody eat some paddlefish for me.
